Founder’s Letter - This is Our Season

It’s taken me some time to put pen to paper or rather fingers to keyboard to share this story. In essence, many feelings come into play - fear, anxiety but also excitement and joy… but here I am and here you are as you read this first article.

One thing I love about new beginnings as it signifies a new season in our lives. A chance to hit reset and start again. Seasons bring change, they can also bring revelation, happiness, pain and frustrations. What I know for sure, is no matter where you are or who you are, you’re going to make it through the other side. 

Humans are far from perfect, but as we go through and grow through life experiences from childhood to our later adulthood, we are constantly presented with opportunities to evolve and go with the changes that we experience, the new seasons that emerge. Some people find this challenging but others embrace it. I think you know where I’m heading with this…

Our Season was born out of a desire to create a platform of difference, a space where women (and men) can come together and embrace the season that they’re experiencing, learn more about themselves and others, whilst thriving. First and foremost, Our Season, is here with you. We plan on being present, supportive and the community that you need to get to where you’re going, as seasons can go on for some time.

Just know that we’ve got your back. In time and with grace, your journey through life is with purpose and we can’t wait to see what is yet to come. It’s our season to thrive, empower and grow. Together all things are possible, so watch this space as we embark on our journey.
